Lapo Tardelli is a Florentine entrepreneur and writer, co-founder with his lifelong friend Giulio Wilson of the Pastamania project. He runs cooking schools in Florence, Rome, and Venice, as well as a museum dedicated to the history of pasta. He pioneered experiential pasta tourism in the Florence area.
With this book – his second, following Pastamania – My Pasta Recipes – Lapo aims to share the same love for handmade pasta that he passes on to his students every day in his classes: the magic of an ancient gesture, the beauty of a living tradition, the joy of creating something with your own hands.
